Resource Help Finder is the app — food, a hot meal, shelter, help with bills and rides for the South Bend area. Renamed from South Bend Help Finder: Resource Help Finder is now the app's name everywhere it lives, and this page is its live demo.
The window below always loads the live app. There is no old copy to go stale — what shipped is what opens.
Checked against production on October 13, 2026. Resource Help Finder is the app's name. The build live today is 6.12.4. New since the last refresh of this page: the Terms of Agreement are live, and creating an account asks you to agree to them first; signed forms are now recorded and enforced, so what a person signs in a form holds up; and the header is rebuilt, with the language control at the top right, Light and Dark beneath it, and the account link beneath that. The header stack now starts with a tiny English / Español pill. The “Where should we look?” box is gone — the map moved up into its place, with “Put your address” right above it — and the chat opens clean on pale green, with no chips under the first question. Newest of all: tapping “Find places near me” now zooms the map in on your location at street level by itself, no extra tap needed. The web address does not change with the rename.
Resource Help Finder covers South Bend, Mishawaka, Nappanee and Elkhart County, with 295 places listed for food, shelter, bills, rides and more.

This is the real app, not a screenshot. Scroll and tap inside it.
The eight needs on the home screen — shown here at the new smaller disc size, 76px, so the tiles feel fluid, not gaudy. Tapping one opens the live app.
Shipped in v6.12.2 through v6.12.4 on October 13, 2026, each verified live on production.
Being built and tested now; it is not in the live app yet. The helper gets a real conversation layer — warmer, more encouraging, and it remembers what you already asked for. Results narrow to the places that match your need near you, instead of a long region-wide list. The chat's scrolling and display glitches are being fixed, including the agreement row at the end of the intake. Light | Dark becomes one small toggle switch, half the size of the language pill. And the menu slims down: Find help, My Day, My Plan, Saved places and Delete your data move into the free-account dashboard, where they belong. In a crisis, the chat will put a Call 911 / 988 row first.
